Terms of Use

It is your responsibility to check if any alterations have occurred as, at our sole discretion, we may change any part of this site. Any further orders placed by you will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights.

Dispatch and Delivery

Delivery times are based on international and worldwide freight companies and couriers; the times quoted are approximate.

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is given and someone is available to accept the delivery. Your agent may need to make arrangement for supplies to sit in a refrigerated store until they are able to deliver the designated location. If goods are not in stock for any reason, we will notify you.


Shop2Yacht will accept no responsibility or cost whatsoever if delivery of any product is delayed as a result of anything outside of it's control, i.e. flood, fire, war, terrorism, industrial action, act of God.

Shop2Yacht will not be liable if an item becomes discontinued or is out of stock for a long period of time.

Shop2Yacht will not be liable if there is a manufactures problem with the product.

Shop2Yacht will take no responsibility whatsoever for any other website or online shop.

Goods in Transit Insurance does not cover items with glass. Items with glass will be transported at your own risk.


All payments shall be charged in Great British Pounds and note that Shop2Yacht cannot be held responsible for adverse currency fluctuations. The rate is set at the point of authorisation of your bank transfer, credit or debit card.


It will be your sole responsibility to ensure we have your correct detailed order, contact detail, correct delivery address and phone number for correspondence during transit.

A payment of 50% may be required when order is dispatched, and the remainder must be settled within seven days once the customer has received the goods.

Quotes may be charged for but refunded upon order.

When placing an order or instructing shop2yacht to undertake any form of work, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

All quotes are estimations and may fluctuate either way depending on daily market value at purchase.

Taxes and Duties

The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes which may be levied once the order reaches the country you have requested it be sent to. If the customer is unsure of the relevant import duty and tax rates, they should contact the local Customs Office for further information.

Once your order has left the UK or country of origin, Shop2Yacht are not responsible for any other charges or duties.

Shop2Yacht will not be held liable for any import duties at the country at the country of destination at Customs or Authorities may charge on arrival. Please contact your local Agent for local laws and advice.

Shop2Yacht can not be held responsible for the actions of any Customs departments that choose to open and interfere with any package. We do not accept responsibility for any goods confiscated, seized or removed by Customs, Authorities or Government Agencies.

VAT is charged on items depending on the delivery of the country, cardholder's country and customer VAT status. VAT invoices may be supplied upon request. Shop2Yacht reserves the right to discount items depending on the customer's VAT status.

Prohibited Goods

Shop2Yacht shall not be required or caused to carry or convey anything, if such carriage or conveyance would be unlawful. Shop2Yacht will not handle gases, pyrotechnics, arms, corrosives, toxic, flammables, explosives, livestock, oxidising or radioactive materials.

The company reserves the right to refuse any parcels, which are neither the property of, nor sent on behalf of the customer.

Shop2Yacht can ship the following items but would not be covered by our liability cover: bottles, bulbs, cameras, computers, ceramics, china, chocolates, clocks, crockery, crystal, detergent, drinks, fluid, food, fragile items, glassware, lenses, ornaments, paint, pictures, frames, torches, watches, water and wine.

Legal Rights

Solely the current laws of England shall govern the contract between the Customer and Shop2Yacht.

Shop2yacht supply to Superyachts Worldwide subject to individual Country Import Laws and Regulations

Privacy Policy

Compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 underlies all our personal information privacy practices. We will keep your relevant information that is necessary for us to provide you with a service you have requested for as long as it takes us to provide that service.

When you register or make an order with us, we hold your contact details and relevant details in our database for repeat orders.

Shop2Yacht will keep all relevant information if it is necessary for us to do so to comply with the law.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we can not guarantee that security of any of any data you disclose online.

You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online over the internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
